Coronavirus and Moving Home with McLarens

March 23rd 2020: the UK was put on lockdown, with one single aim: to stop the spread of Co-Vid19, which consequently brought the property market, and the team at Mclarens Estate Agents to an abrupt stop.
Since reigniting the property market on the 13th May, the team at Mclarens have been working hard to get the people of Surrey across Dorking, Reigate, Redhill and Leatherhead moving.
As lock down down rules start to relax even further from June 1st, we’re pleased to report that we’ve already been doing the groundwork to help you sell, buy or let your property whilst paying utmost care to your health, well-being and in a timely and the friendly Mclarens’ manner you’ve come to expect.

Yet to move, but thinking now is the time?

Not a problem, our helpful online valuation tool will help you know how much your property is worth.
In just a few minutes, you’ll be in the know, and then you can pick up the phone or email our helpful team to discover the service we can provide you (with essential social distancing measure put in place).

Book a viewing

Since the Government gave the property industry the green light to “get moving” again, the team at Mclarens Estate Agents put in the relevant social-distancing measures in place to protect both your health and ours. This includes office meetings, valuations, and property viewings. If you would like to arrange a viewing or book an appointment with your Dorking-based estate agents, please contact us to confirm.

Keeping Surrey moving

Step by step, brick by brick, Mclarens are with you, our customers to support your needs. We’re here to keep Surrey moving, so contact the team today.
